Description
[Invader ZIM Wiki]Thought I'd digitally color the concept sketch of pretty important character
who was suppose to be featured in a cancelled Invader ZIM episode entitled: "The Trial"
Tallest Miyuki was to be the earliest known Irken Tallest
(not to mention the first, and thus far ONLY Tallest who was female.)
Unlike Tallest Red & Purple, she was the most..productive.
Overseeing the development of Irken Flagship, 'The Massive' (among other things.)
She met her demise when Zim unleashed some kind of monster that killed her
(and, her successor, Tallest Spork, whose reign lasted for less than a minute
)Nothing else is known about her.
I have no idea on what her personality was (nor an inkling on what her VO might've been)
..BUT, given her name is Japanese for "Beautiful Happiness", "Deep Snow"
and, "Beautiful Reason for History", I assume she was the kindest leader.
(or, as "kindhearted" as one can get in an empire of alien invaders that is.)
NOTE: I took a guess on her color palette.
Most fans draw her in a blue color scheme, so I went with that.

..one that blends elements from the games Destroy All Humans, and Psychonauts.

It's a shame we never got to see her brought to life in the cartoon, but your drawing definitely does her justice.

Did she adopted the name or was born with the name?

Well, the real reason she was named as such was because the Invader ZIM crew
named her after storyboard artist "Miyuki Hoshikawa."
and, what makes her so special, one might ask?
well..apparently she worked on this old anime called "Akira"
Apart from that, I have no In-Universe explanation.

With Irken characters, they can be pretty generic and easy to just recolor.
