Description
This is a sketch of "Megatronus Prime" (otherwise known as "The Fallen")one of the first Thirteen transformers created by Primus to combat Unicron (later became the "Dynasty of Primes")
at some unknown point, Megatronus BETRAYED his brothers and creators by siding with "The Chaos Bringer" and becoming his "herald"
thankfully, he failed
and, as punishment...was stripped of his title as "Prime" and banished to a "Pocket Dimension"
now refered to as "The Fallen"
he awaits the day he is set free from his prison, and take revenge on the decendants of his brothers.
Fallen has aquired quite the "following"
a known Gladiator called "D-16" named himself after him (later shortening it to "Megatron") and fused Fallen's own image as the symbol of his group called: "Decepticons"
though imprisoned, Fallen is STILL able to communicate with the outside world via Telephathy and Astral Projection.
he is known to manipulate MANY bots with darkness within their sparks to his cause (Megatron just being One-of-Many)
Note: This description is a fusion of TF canon and "stuff-that-I-made-up-myself"

Actually, there is another story to him; one where Megatronus wasn't really a traitor (i apologize if tell you what you already know)
Megatronus was the 12th born of the 13 (the last being Optimus Prime), and though he had no dealings with Unicron, his creation had the most influences from him. This was continuously pointed out by Prima the 1st born, who hated his guts and was hated in kind. The only one of the 13 who would accept him outside training was his one sister, Solas Prime (4th born). The most significant charity she gave him was trusting his notion to build the Requiem Blaster. After the battle with Unicron, the 2 became lovers to the surprise of some (Prima, Vector Prime and Alpha Trion) and to the joy of others (Micronus Prime, Onyx Prime, Optimus). Sadly their love was fated to end in tragedy. Liege Maximo (11th born and the true traitor) was the catalyst to their turmoil, first by giving Solus a cybernetic puppy (really a spy) which she adored dearly, then with the incident involving Maximo's barn. After Solus gave the deciding vote to shut down Maximo's animal cruelty, he asked Megatronus to try talking her into supporting the barn. Solus, sensing something change in him (he discovered the puppy was a spy right before coming) tries to convince Megatronus that he was being used. And when that didn't work, not only did she refuse to help Maximo, she recommended that he hand over the blaster as well. With Megatronus now convinced that she never loved him, the 2 held a great argument. During the verbal skirmish, the puppy attacked and Maximo shot in. In blind rage Solus swung her forge at him and he impulsively fired upon her as well. Her dying words were declaring that she would love him forever. Emotionally broken from having killed her he told the whole truth to the other 10 and joined them to confront Maximo. When Maximo tried selling him out, Megatronus realized that Solus was right; that we WAS used for Maximo's ends. He played a huge part in the battle against him and is implied to have shot Liege Maximo in the head. After both Solus and Maximo have been buried, Megatronus renamed himself "the Fallen" and left in self exile, promising to keep her memory by helping anyone he can find.
