Daffy Duck, another one who makes the mistake of trying to match wits with Bugs Bunny. (Unfortunately Daffy isn't too bright.

He used to be back in his earlier years (back when "Daffy" described his personality, and wasn't just his name.)
but, he eventually evolved into a character who tries too hard to be the winner, and end up making himself look like an idiot as a result.
I believe Paul Dini said It best:
"Bugs Bunny can manipulate Elmer Fudd to his advantage.
Daffy Duck is smart enough to know that Elmer is stupid enough to BE manipulated..but says the wrong thing every time."
