While only simple captions, this art piece is based on a Mirrorverse idea for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
by listing the elements of Disharmony, and color coding them to it's designated pony.
Basically, I took the elements of the Mane Six,
and, changed it into their polar opposites.
Evil Rainbow Dash is a Scheming Traitor.
Evil Applejack is a Liar.
Evil Fluttershy is Cruel and Mean-Spirited.
Evil Pinkie Pie is a Depressive Goth
Evil Rarity is Greedy.
and, Evil Twilight is a Mad Scientist.
It's a VERY scary thought.

It's all about taking what we know of the Mane 6, and twisting It.
for Twilight's case, she is a bookworm who values knowledge.
SO, any Evil Twilight uses knowledge more recklessly.
I mean..there is a difference between being Reed Richards and Lex Luthor.
both are geniuses, but use science to do different things.

In some ways yes, But I am talking of a really MAD scientist..like "Doc Ock" or "Norman Osborn" mad.
the present Twilight can be a bit "crazy" sometimes, but never unethical. she acknowledges certain limitations to science.
the Nega-Twight doesn't however, and would perform experiments on Derpy, or the CMC just to amuse herself.

the concept is mostly based on/inspired by the 'Negaduck' character from Disney's Darkwing Duck (who himself is a parody of Bizarro, Owlman and Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash)
in that there are evil/corrupt versions of heroes (and, likewise, heroic versions of the villains)

Technically Discord already did something like that, and for the most part, you did get it right, except that Pinkie Pie is always Grumpy instead of being sad, and Twilight Sparkle just lost the will to be friends with them after all of what discord made them do, she just couldn't handle it and lost all her magic that linked them together. everything else, you got right, and if you still want to do this, go ahead, I'm just saying, it's kinda already been done in a way.

I am well aware of the 'Discorded Six', and used that as a basis.
but, I like to think my version is "better" than Discord's attempt.
Discorded Rainbow Dash just abandoned her friends,
and, remained loyal only to Cloudsdale (or, what she thought was Cloudsdale)
my version is a scheming traitor,
who fakes loyalty, but really has her own agendas (like Starscream)
Discorded Applejack was like TFA Ramjet.
she told lies about EVERYTHING, and most weren't all that convincing.
My version is a deceitful person,
who LOVES to spread rumors, and plant feelings of doubt and distrust in everyone.
To put it simply, I know it's "Been Done"
but, for me, it's "Been Done, but was severely lacking"
I like to think of my incarnation as an Improvement.

I wouldn't really know where to start in that's sense.
In my mind, they look the same as their counterparts.
only difference between them is their personality and elements.
I'd be better off requesting better MLP Artists who like this idea to give it a try.
Point is, "The DIS-Harmony Six" are like 'The Powerpunk Girls' and the 'Shattered Glass' Autobots.
they are a little similar to the Discorded Six..but, far worse.
My personal favorite may be Evil Rainbow Dash,
as her element of 'Treachery' makes her a dead ringer for the Decepticon Starscream.

Well, at least ONE version of Starscream technically did join the Autobots (temporarily, anyway)
even bonded with a human girl, oddly enough.
course, 'Armada' Starscream actually had a conscience..unlike most other Starscreams.
least that's what I got from this line before he died..
"I tried to gain favor from you. But nothing was ever good enough.
No matter how many battles I fought, you always found fault.
Then I saw how Optimus treated his men,
and I realized he was a leader of integrity..Unlike you."
If anything, Evil Rainbow Dash may be close friends with Evil Applejack.
as "Treachery" and "Deception" go hand-in-hand, together.
I also find Evil Rarity amusing.
because her 'Greed' element may make her behave like Daffy Duck.
Anyhow, I may TRY and make an attempt at drawing such characters
(or, doing a written short story, which may be better than a drawing)
but, others are free to do this themselves, too.

It was Transformers Armada (part of 'The Unicron Trilogy', which included 'Energon' and 'Cybertron')
the human girl in question was Alexis Thi Dang
(who ironically was voiced by 'Tabitha St. Germain', who voices Rarity and Princess Luna on MLP)
Alexis remains the only human who had any faith or trust in Starscream.
and, Alexis was a prime reason why Starscream was hesitant to harm humans, or destroy the earth.
These episodes should tell you all you need on "Autobot Starscream" and his human friend..

because this version of Starscream is VERY different from others, and makes one rethink his "character type"

I'll be sure to definitely let you know once I begin to watch them ^_^ I think I watched one episode of Armada and saw Starscream and was like; "His design's not very different from G1 and he sounds exactly like G1 Starscream too" soooo. Idk what to expect lol

So does the Starscream in the games 'War for Cybertron' and 'Fall of Cybertron'
an interesting fact, is that most Starscream voice actors,
have also voiced the Combra Commander on most G.I. Joe media
(the most famous being the G1 versions, both voiced by Chris Latta)
Guess while Starscream doesn't really lead the Decepticons,
he technically DOES lead Cobra (which has proven to exist in the same universe as Transformers.)
