We live atop the trees...This painting was for my final year at school (HSC). It is part of a series that illustrates a fable-like story.

Absolutely gorgeous colours, a truly dream-like scene. The miniature details and shades of the background are lovely, the composition is good on empasising the landscape and the creature, which is both outlandishly odd and somehow majestic.

Wonderful! I love the cool colors, with hints of warm in the clouds. Makes me want to climb the trees to catch a site of such a strange creature.
