Yay, they categorize mixed media now! My dreams have come true! XDDDFINALLY, a new SL artwork! I never draw Mesmirix anymore... so I've decided to draw her here. My original idea was way different from this, but I like the outcome of this one. I had to play with the colors a lot because the scanner screws up everything I do... DX Her hair was extremely confusing to do. (My blue marker kept dying.) Plus I had no clue what to do about the BG... so I just used watercolors.
Meh, it's really crappy-looking. Well, here's a disclaimer:YES I KNOW I SCREWED UP ON THE HAND; I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!!!

I've never drawn a hand quite like that one and I've been having lots of anatomy problems lately. 
Well, this pic really explains Mesmirix's personality quite well. She's calm, relaxed, happy... and she looks like she's in love! XD Too bad, she isn't. She's been single her whole life, and she did have a small crush on Kashuu before him and Paluu got married. (Her and Paluu were best friends since childhood.) And of COURSE Kashuu liked her. XDDD He likes just about every pretty chick... but he gets real nitpicky with girls' personalities all the time. (Like, he has trouble dating girls who are real sluts and have difficult personalities.) lol, a little shameless Kashuu info for ya fangirlies. n_n I think he likes her a bit more now because Mesmirix's personality reminds him a lot of his mother. ^^ Well, enjoy!MATERIALS USED: Micron 05 sepia inking pen, watercolor brush markers, watercolor (for the BG only), white calligraphy ink, Faber Castell watercolor pencils.

This is really gorgeous! I really like the colors on this and the level of detail on her hair. I like how the folds in her outfit are done. I like the background too. I actually didn't notice that the hand is off, so that's a good thing, I suppose. Those flowers really do look pretty. This is suchu a relaxed, yet passionate scene. I like it!

You're a phenomenal traditional artist! Her face looks a little off (maybe her eyes are too far apart??) But the colors are so pretty and it's such an interesting piece that you barely even notice! Niiiiccceeee.

Amazing color job! And I like the watercolor background and the soft colors (or warm colors, I don't know what I'm trying to say.. eek...) are really beautiful, and they seem to match her personality well.

Everything looks great but the jaw bothers me... idk too small or something just work on the lower part of her head and it would be EXCELLENT.
