FULLVIEW PLEASE, K'THX. Oh, by the way, I'm back fron DC, gies.Yus, French titles are fun. It means "The stars in the rain" because I couldn't think of a better title. D: Anyway, well, the sketch for this was started on about last Thursday or Friday as just some random idea that I didn't think would actually become a full-fledged artwork.
The coloring is pretty decent, I suppose, but the lineart could seriously have been done better. 
It's too slanty and crooked! 
And the hands suck, although people tell me they don't... ugh. D: And the chains are so dark and not noticeable, plus they're awfully out of place. Anyway. Uh. Yeah. I can safely say that this is definetly not my best, and I officially have artists block YET AGAIN.
I hate artblock! :< Meh, I wish I mad more ideas. My art is becoming more and more consistent by the day, which I hate. D: I need to stop drawing stupid pretty girls all the time. It's a bad habit. My recent artworks are meh. Nothing too special. x_x Oh well. :0 This one's very... starry. I don't do night skies too much (actually, I never do them.) so I decided to do one here. Odd concept, I know. 
I like being a wierdo. lol. Well, enjoy!MATERIALS USED: Copic 0.1 black multiliner, Copic markers, Prismacolor white charcoal pencil, Staedtler white water-soluble pencil, all on bristol board and touched up on PSP X.
EDIT: I'm thinking of entering this in the Super Mini Repeating Contest for this, uh, monthy thinger. The theme is "rain" so I'll give it a shot with this piece.

I think that even though this is animate, your personal style is much more sophisticated. your figure is almost life-like; the techniques and anatomy are all too wonderful! I personally think that you're one of the few really good manga artists on deviantart. all in all, this is a lovely drawing=]

I like a lot of your drawings, they all look like you put a lot of effort into them. This one stands out to me though (maybe because of the dark colors)how you did the hair is excelent. You probably have steady hands. The coloring is great too. It looks like a tedious job.

Well to start off I should tell you that I'm not a huge anime fan - I feel that a lot of times people learn to draw one pose or whatever and then call themselves artists. However, this is not the case here - I've spent the last half hour or so looking through your gallery (WOW) and I certainly can see that you are not only an immensely talented artist, but you also have a great eye for color and concept. You're only 14 and I'm so excited for you to see where your career will take you and what sort of work you'll create in the future. Okay, for this piece - I like the color palette a lot, you've managed to use some darker tones without giving the piece a dark mood. The overall design of the piece is really great, and the mediums you chose work well to give it a soft, dreamlike quality that's a bit surreal in its nature. Particularly, I like how her body seems to glow and I also look her expression - I think it works great in giving this piece an innocent, warm feel to it. That said, I'm sorry I can't really give you a critique or whatever on anime-style drawing... From what I can see, you're really great at the genre and this is a lovely piece.

I love how professional this looks, and it looks very CLAMP / Yuu Watase mixed together. It actually looks like a manga cover. I really get tired of the super shiney cg stuff, it's always a refreshing thing to see something more natural feeling. Love the colors and shading.

I like the colors in this picture you have used one of my favorite shades of blue. Just on the technical side with the pose she is in I would imagine her face more relaxed. I don't want to offend but... i wanted to put that out there. the rest of her body seems so relaxed and she is also apparently having something to do with water and stars. sorry if I just sound stupid...

Well, talking serious about your skills, like a geniune sensei you must adjust your scanner, cause you did an excellent job, an awesome piece of expression,.....but...the scanner did the worst XDDD
