As for the meaning of the title
bp Nichols has written this poem( I cannot remember the name, but here it is [link] )
The word "Love is arranged sideways, diagonally, and backwards. I have learned that the usual interpretation of the poem is that it reveals 'love' is just 'evil' backwards( technically it is 'evol', but it's pronounced the same)
But when i first read the poem, I immediately thought 'evol' stood for 'evolve'.

"EVOLvelo" is a play on love, it's a play on "Evolve". But most of all, it means coming to one's own conclusions.
