Well Seth is a mounted knight type unit he starts out with one of the game's best weapons [A Silver Lance]
While Ephraim starts out with a Steel lance and his personal weapon the [Reginleif] his promoted form is the great Lord [Basically him with major increased stats and he is now a mounted knight type unit

Personally, it was the equivalent of a knight jousting with a squire. And yet for some reason, it never bothered me or made me send hateful thoughts at Rainbow Dash for being "mean". I wonder why?
Oh yeah. Because this is a frigging cartoon.
Next will be powerlevels. I got my money on the obvious.

This is actually a really good scene, hardly an example of Dash 'playing it rough', but rather a fun dynamic of interaction. She was spot-on in character and agreed to go easy on Fluts afterwards. Fluttershy was clearly unharmed in the slightest and it's pretty funny how people conveniently forget about how much of an immense jerk Fluttershy is plenty of times within the show haha.
Anyway tho, this is really nice, especially in your rendering of metal plating and the shadows on RD. I really like the expressiveness of their faces as well.
The foreshortening of the lances seem really off though, and the line tangent in which the lances touch each other really throws off the perspective. The lances seem to be of pretty equal size, though Dash is supposedly farther away from Fluttershy. You can't really tell if the lances are physically making contact or not and it's really off-setting.
So yeah, pretty cool. Hope that helps a bit.

Well if this had to have been done as it did least Flutter could have by some chance knocked out Rainbow and called it a win for comedic effect.Otherwise we just see Rainbow is a bigger *itch then she already is.

Now that doesn't seem fair. When Fluttershy trampled over Rainbow Dash, Flutter had stomped on her ribcage, when RD was going against Fluttershy, she was just knocked onto some soft hay. This is why I don't like Fluttershy as much as the others, because some of the fans act as if the rest of the cast doesn't matter. Wanting Rainbow Dash to be knocked out is no different than wanting Fluttershy to be knocked out. Just because you like one pony, that doesn't mean the one you dislike should suffer.

Why are you comparing this?The shows current contingency to story is as sound as a bridge constructed by retarded pegasi.It does not matter what happened before it matters what happens now.The new season,the big fuss,the big DEAL and they screwed it up.Rainbow is a tomboy some time she is a bitch now this time she should not been or the comic relief should have taken effect but NO neither happens,instead we get 2 minutes of Rainbow feeding her ego.
