Description
Surge is a Trojan Virus who got into the SecuriCOM system via the internet, and has been the only virus able to thwart the repeated attempts at de-resolution by Admin and his security forces. She sports wicked claws on both hands that are her primary means of infection, and is able to spread said infection in a sector within hours if left unimpeded.

Very few have seen Surge, let alone lived to tell the tale though rumors abound that her primary functions revolve around a mysterious "master"...
