My new son. I love him. I always wanted to make a character wear sometime of dance type of outfit and tutu's work. Also gave him a bowtie cause why not. I was mostly inspired for him from all the drawings of Frisk with the dusty tutu. He's a normal animal and a Magic, so hes kinda not normal but magic is tought so hes still normal. Im done explaning this world
