A jealous kind, Noirla has been striving to be the top star with her sister, Blancette, after Legend Carnival vanished. She wanted to gain that position and feel what it was like to be a famous performer. Incredible as it may sound, it was her life time goal to shine and show the world her creative career. She gains her popularity, but not the way she intended to happen. If either one of them leaves the circus, they will start to lose themselves, meaning that they cannot see well, cannot breathe, cannot walk, etc. Their soul will leave their bodies and go straight to wandering around aimlessly, unable to return to the bodies if the body is brought back into the circus.

Personality: Noirla is a very ambitious woman who is also quite humble of her position. She is quite intelligent and very observant, but she may go a bit overboard with a conversation she might hear from others. Blancette cannot outsmart in any arguments with her sister, even though she is the eldest. No matter what, Noirla always wins. She also shows her common sense and provides logical reasons to many situations, though it may not mean that it is always a good thing. Because she is trying her best to be an independent woman, Noirla becomes easily embarrassed with any handsome man you could think of. Noirla also acts like a leader, concocting any sort of reasonable tactics for combat of for survival. A dominant ability like this was due to her experience from the fall of her previous circus and from the post attack from the Famgilia Allegira. She also can be a bit stubborn when necessary.

History:
Blancette and Noirla were a part of a circus called "Legend Carnival". Both legendary girls would perform sideshows together to pump up the crowd for the primary acts and for their father's entrance. Ace, the Arceus, father and ringmaster of the circus, was a loving man to most Pokèmon. Some of them hated Ace because of his top priority; his "daughters". Ace would always acknowledge his daughters because he'd always tell them " You are an important part of this show. Now show them what others can't do" These Pokèmon always take the wrong idea whenever Ace says this to his daughters. As the years passed by, when Blancette was 22 and Noirla was 19, Ace was announced dead in the morning, murdered by one of his fellow members of the circus and "Legend Carnival" crumbled. Blancette and Noirla, along with some other Pokèmon, mourned over Ace's death. No one wanted to be the new ring master and "Legend Carnival" was never heard of again.

Even though the carnival was gone, Blancette and Noirla continued to carry out their performances from town to town and earned the title "Yin-Yang Gypsy Sisters". Pokèmon would come by and donate lots of money to the Gypsy sisters, but Blancette and Noirla only do this to continue what they enjoy back in the days and to make their father proud. Blancette's Fire Dance act and her blazing beauty attracted more attention than Noirla's Electric Diabolo act, which angered Noirla. One night, at a near by bar, Blancette proposed a toast to her sister for a job well done and, of course, Noirla was not pleased with her position. She complained to Blancette why she is receiving all the attention. Without thinking about how Noirla would react, Blancette said, "My beauty and talents is what brings in all of the attention." "Oh, so your saying you're more beautiful than I am and that's why you get all the attention? Is that what your saying?!" Noirla yelled. Blancette scoffed, "Well it's not my fault your less popular than I am. Besides, you should be grateful that you're not that popular." That is when Noirla snapped. She unleashed her most powerful Thunder attack and Blancette strikes back with her Fire Blast. There was an uproar of drunk Pokèmon influencing them to fight more and the bar tender booted the two girls out, banning them from the bar. "This is what happens when you do something like this," Blancette snorted.

Miserable after the incident, Blancette and Noirla became separated from each other, they hardly talked to each other. Blancette becomes worried that Noirla might commit suicide and she will be alone if this continues. She walks up to Noirla to apologize after what she has said at the bar and Noirla hesitated for a moment. Does she really mean that? Of course she does, she's my sister. Noirla accepted her sister's apology, hugged her, and both continued with their act routines. One night, at Eterna Forest, Blancette and Noirla feel a strange, dark presence coming towards them. Upon them was a dark Pokèmon in black clothing and white fog-like hair. "Who are you and what do you want from us?!" Noirla snapped. The Pokèmon smiled and said, "I am Mr. Dark, ring master of Circus Darkrai. You two have gifted talents and I would like you to be a part of my circus." There was a moment of silence. "What's the price?" Noirla inquired. "Nothing but one wish from the two of you." "WISH?!" Both girls knew exactly what they wanted and made their wish. After their wish was granted, Mr. Dark remarked with an eerie smile, "One who makes a wish from Mr. Dark cannot leave Circus Darkrai."
