Roughraff and Brooklin from Yokai Watch!The two look like Tristan and Joey from Yu-Gi-Oh, at least I think so XD
Brooklin has the blonde hair like joey, and it doesn't help that joey in the dub has a Brooklyn accent!
Tristan and Roughraff share impossible hair. And they are both like, the tough-guy.
