How did you catch this?
Luck? Timing it before a flash or something? Recording the sky and then taking out a frame afterwards?
I understand if you don't want to tell me, but it seems amazingly hard to catch something as stunning this.

camera/tripod/shelter from weather and then some trial and error using the bulb shutter speed setting. After I got a feel for itI got tonnz of great shots. Its not hard - you should try.

Of these shots, this is my favorite. Too bad there is a bit of noise. The lightning looks fantastic. Good work.
