Description
It's frustrating when first 80% of the time you spend on a drawing your art looks bad, remember to just keep pushing.ΒRelated content

Awesome lighting.
It's so good when those frustrating stages finally yield a glimpse of something great that really push you towards finishing it.
Great job.

It came out really well.Β I think you did a great job on the rendering and the lighting is really nice.Β Β Also the extra detail with the skin, looks like I see some pores if I'm correct?Β I know with all my paintings there is some stage where stuff starts looking not so great, but you just push through it.Β

Always happens with my drawings... I almost throw them away everytime, but then I decide to finish, just to see what they will look like when its finished... usually they don't look too bad...

Very beautiful This really does inspire me! I love how her eyes look so .. Victorian old-age artwise ..I love the freckles you gave her. She's truly beautiful and she has so much emotion! I can't tell if she has contempt, or if she's about to break into a smile.. She looks sad, yet her contemplative look seems like a case of nostalgia. Β
Her face tells so many possible stories! She could be extremely depressed, or is in the middle of witnessing something about to warm her heart.Β
She looks so real in the way that.. I feel like she could be real. It's not just how she looks but how much personality she gives off. Thank you for sharing your inspiring art!! The more I look at it, the more I love it!

Ahh the ugly duckling art stage syndrome. Thank you for posting this, it really does make me feel better to know I'm not the only one who struggles with that.
