I'm not crazy about the book in the top right corner but the rest of it is fantastic. The faucet and duck are my favourite parts I think, especially how the pain spatterings appear as ripples left in the duck's wake. Overall a fine piece of work, wish I could muster half the creative juice that must have went into this. Cheers.

This is bloody great. The way you got everything to mesh together and the colors you used to have everything not only fit but work with eachother is great.

you most certainly didnt need the images down the bottom to aid in the bringing out of the concept, but they do aid any who may not pick up on the subtle
hatred for nature given through the ever so raw and brutal imagery you've laid over the wood up top. and the wooden texture itself, i think, is just brilliant.
i love how you've splattered paint on it, and made it look so hateful. as if the paint itself threw itself up onto the wood. the spray paint blotches i think weren't
so necessary, but then again, wood choppers did use red spray to mark trees to be cut, which i guess would be smart to incorporate onto this.
i also love the tree you had painted onto the wood on the right. as if man wishes to create his own 'nature' of a sort, and disregard the original. machinations
overiding the green of before so to speak. and with those steel/dirty greens painted so hastily to create greenery.. i love it.

waoh, thanks for the wonderful comment.... and i am glad you were able to pick up on the themes and subtlies.... and i agree there are some parts that could have been omitted or more subtle... but i suppose this is man made.... so ill leave the refine nuances to mother nature herself

This looks completely realistic, touchable almost. It kinda resembles like a found art peice only seamless because it's digital.
The textures on the wood backround are so gritty and real. Amazing stuff.

wow.. this is really interesting.. i feel the need to comment.. but i'm not quite sure what to say...
i love the detail in this piece.. it's amazing.. it has a real texture to it, something most digital art lacks.. it really seems as though i could touch this..
anyway.. i don't usually fav stuff.. but i think i'll fav this

it turned out perfectly wonderful, baby.
i adore the entire concept..making the viewer question
the creation..and how you made this..what medium you used..etc.
the blood is sublime, amazingly shaded and toned.
the duck floating in the ink splat is definitely my favorite detail
of this piece..and the book in the corner...a wonderful addition.
you amaze me...with your photoshop skills..
it's nice to see the finished product all at once, too.
