Back in January I asked you guys if you'd help me fill in a meme with six characters that I remind you of
Inspired by Anonymous-anonX3

Now it took me a while to get started actually drawing and here 9 months later I felt like a lot has happened so my original six character plan turned into a 18 character plan  meaning I'll share three versions of this meme: the original January 2021 pick, a new pick from September 2021 and then for fun a comparison where I myself have tried choosing six characters I feel hits very close to home for me

The memes will be shared one per day over the next few days and then the single pieces will arrive sometime after that ^V^

Today is the secon day meaning I can now show you the result of when I asked you at the beginning of this month aka 9 months after badge one
I ended up getting 8 lovely suggestions thank you for everybody offering  ^V^
I find it quite interesting to see this time it was 50/50 with male and female while it was 5/1 female to male last time x'D

Jim: Suggested by SilverstarArtworks we first have James 'Jim' Lake Jr from the Tales of Arcadia franchise
I mean: is nobody surprised x'D
I take that this one is more because that Jim is my favourite comfort boy and I always draw him so when you see art of me these days half of it or so is Jim I am not apologizing for that x'D
Jim is caring to the point of overprotective like an angry momma bear, has way too much of a hero complex where he sacrifice himself at every turn yet he is also kind and considerate.
I love my boy :3 :'D
Fun fact: This Jim is meant to be the one from the third season of Trollhunters to understand why read under Claire ^V^

Barley: Suggested by Isi-Daddy we have Barley Lightfoot from Onward
This guy is passionate especially about his special interest and his brother yet in other parts of his life he is messy, clumsy and that can come off as him being odd and - not my word but - a screw-up. Barley can be intimidating with how loud and enthuiastic he is but irl this is all a sign about how much he cares about stuff going on around him
From the first time I watched Onward I immediately connected to Barley not only because his special interest vs everything else focus is spot on for me but also because I too have a younger sibling that seems way more outgoing and downright embarrased by me at times - and that feels like she is doing way better at me most of the time. We too share a style and more nerdy hobbies together. If only Ian had been taller than Barley I feel like even the brothers' appearance would be spot on for me and my sister: she's tall, thin and well put together while I am a tad bit shorter, rounder and way more of an adult child and I do not mind that :'D

Luz: Suggested by EnergyVector we have Luz Noceda from the Owl House
I have yet to watch this show but here's what I got from the Wiki: Luz is kind-hearted, outgoing, geeky and eager to find a place where she belongs. She is seems as a bit of an odd one which has lead her to only having imaginary friends. She is headstrong yet surprisingly introspective.
Here's what Energy told me about his pick: "Whereas Luz might differ from you in terms of being super excited and energetic for what seems like 24/7, I think the two of you can relate in a sense of both being on a journey of self discovery and expanding your horizons."
After reading a bit about her that seems about right ^V^

Tigger: Suggested by Patchi1995 we have Tigger from the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Funny how we should have three eager characters next to each other x'D Tigger has a lot of happy energy always bouncing around spreading his joy and excitement. Seen in some adventures like the Tigger movie he has some anxieties hidden beneath all the outwardly shown excitement and may feel less confident that he lets on.
I feel like Tigger could fit somewhat - I do find myself thinking if everybody starting to know me sees me as this younger and energic Tigger figure just excited for everything and ready to spread joy to everybody yet when looking deeper I too have my insecurities that comes to light now and again
Also please forgive me of not being able to draw Tigger x'D hahahah

Aerith: Suggested by SilverstarArtworks (one more time, yes x'D) we have Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII
Once again we have a character and a game I have not interacted with so I'll try summing her up using what I could read about her on the wiki: She is upbeat, joyful and supportive, often seeing cheering others on and always trying to see the good in people. She will however put on a cool defiance to hid her feelings and weaknesses from others when in distress. She is independent and loves trying new things and is also quick to make friends.
This sounds like a nice character indeed and I too can see a lot of myself in this description: especially the hiding weakness when distressed that hits a bit too close to home :'D

Claire: Suggested by Patchi1995 (once again yes - we were only four this time x'D) we have Claire Maria Nunez from the Tales of Arcadia franchise
Claire starts out as being a little awkward yet still very likable and curious of nature and ends up becoming a ressourceful and badass sorcerer. She is kind, determined and eager to learn and to help. She loves her friends and loved ones deeply and will do anything to keep them safe. At the same time tho she is the voice of reason in the original trio. Claire loves learning and learns fast which is seen in how quickly she is able to learn trollish and her ability to work with riddles and magic.
I think it very lovely you thought of Claire in this situation :'D I can see myself indeed in Claire's eagerness to learn stuff and also in how awkward she seems at the beginning yet how she has a hidden strength underneath (at least I hope that is the case for me :'D)
Fun fact: Claire is the love interest of Jim who is also in this badge if you look you can see I made sure they were looking at each other :'D This Claire is meant to be post possession Claire, season 3 of trollhunters, but before the events of Wizards seen with her hair being white but less so than in Wizards
