Making this was fun
First time drawing rubble (then again, 'first times' are for me are quite common since I don't really CG much). Recently I've been quite obsessed with that brown kraft paper and white gel pen look. BUT SADLY I do not own those things so hello digital art 
.I wish I was prolific in my art making ;___;

Ah, cool job finding a balance between making this look traditional and digital! It looks so similar to the style you were going for there. :> All the texture and detail looks interesting here, the golden color on the rubbish heaps make them look much nicer than they might otherwise. The little touches of green next to the river look very nice next to that~

Your art is always cool and unique ;; You make rubble so beautiful xD and I love how it takes the form of a bird. And re-creating that white gel-pen look is a cool idea, not something I would have thought of. The colors work so well!

And I am glad you picked up the part where the rubble turns into a bird because I thought it was a bit vague haha.
The gel-pen thing came from staring at heaps of traditional artworks (sketches and whatnot) in that fashion. HNNNG I want all these pens and pencils but... not many art supply stores where I live (or I don't look hard enough >_>)
