Love the way you composed it -and that you changed the colour of the dress. It is stronger this way and the blood on the right has more protagonism
also love the hair, it is an improvement, such a simple detail but it adds kind of romance to her.

Looks great as it is, I really think acrylic is your thing 
I am always interested in what an artist can bring to a given reference photo and such details are your language to give concept and strength to an otherwise plan shot, apart of your tecnique of course.
