Description
8 x 10 inches, kellogs box chip board laminated to found panel of thrown away cabinetry.Acrylic (liquitex basics and bargain bin wins newt finity)
color scheme: [link]
This is based off a Triad color scheme that an online tool suggested.
I used a yellow oxide and accepted the colors calculated. It bases the color on a color wheel conscept. I set yellow ochre and it calculate the two other colors from a peace sign geometry.
The final colors weren't exact but were the only colors besides white on my pallette. The problem of course was mixing my colors to the color on the computer display. Note my conversation with Howard on redundant color thread.
So this is a color harmony study.
This will probably never sell unless I am there to explain all that to the buyer.
Paintings sell best when no explanation is necessary. But the materials were cheap

I really like this. It didn't need an explanation for me.
