That really is creepy... so creepy that I don't want to look at it for too long incase it moves! Still, the shadowing is done really well in this pic, giving a sense of depth and angle to the scene. I agree that this does remind me a bit of Edward Gorey

Oh, very dark... very eerie. It's lovely how the details in the ground can still be seen even though most the picture is quite dark. The lighting again helps with that feel and the ghaost sticks out just a bit, probably could a bit more but then again that's hard to say. Great work anyways. :3

Excellent work! I love the composition on this image, and how the viewer's eye is captured by the bright spot of the mirror, travels down the stairway, across the bottom, finally to notice the specter in the other room!
Your sense of gray scale is truly captivating, in this, as in all of your work! And of course, I marvel at your included details.
