Génial ... on aperçoit de l'autre côté de cette étendue d'eau la même fenêtre que par celle à travers laquelle on regarde .... beaucoup de mystère et un côté surréaliste et angoissant que j'adore !!!

It's very interesting! I like its symmetry, like scholar57 already analysed, and also that there's light in one room, darkness in the other.

A lovely piece, ripe with a decent amount of mystery and a chance for some fog.
First off, the faded colors help contribute to the atmosphere. It truly looks like it could rain at any moment, though the stillness of the water suggests that it may simply be a quiet, overcast day, which is always welcome. One thing to note: of all the faded blues, dirty browns, and murky greens, the lighted window on the other side of the river, though tiny, really glows within the piece. Our eyes are drawn to that little detail.
Next, the texture is well expressed, especially in the worn-out dock and the thick grass. The values are superb by adding realism and complimenting the texture.
Lastly, the way you formed the piece is artistically brilliant. We're looking out of a circular window, across a river, and to another house with a similarly shaped window. And now that I think of it, the presentation gives sense to the title, "The Other Side". Both sides have a house and dock, all shrouded in tall, dry grass, and are divided by the river, all meeting at a horizontal tangent in the front window's frame. Makes a person wonder: is the title simply literally, or is there a greater sense of symbolism in how the two sides mirror each other.
Also, I notice how each of the four window panes present a different subject. All are equally interesting, not to mention equally weighted with the house in the upper-right and the dock in the lower-left.
In all, a fine painting. Good luck in all your work.
