Hey, all. Tryin' something a little different. Ref used. I was reading a script the other day, when I was faced with something that made me feel like *such* a n00b. It's simple enough for a writer to say "The boy's grandfather enters the room. His old face is kind and wise." I was like, "Uh...what exactly does a 'old, kind and wise' face look like, ya know? I guess it shows me how much more studying I need to do. Hence...this. ^_^ I can get called upon to draw *anything*. As soon as I think I'm doing pretty well, I flip the page and get called upon to draw something that I have *never* drawn before. Wow... just gotta stay with it.BTW, I think the middle face looks "kind and wise" (at least to me). Ha! Hope you like it.

Hey, love the composition, triangle movement between them all.... anyway you should have applied a levels correction on the image for that yellow from the paper not showing.... it has no sense for me if it is deliberate

Great ones. My faces suck so much the only way to notice an old man is if I draw white hairs xD . But you already managed to make old man faces without needing hair. You're a pro, man. The one in the right looks like my late grandpa somewhat T_T

Hmm you have a point there. Always drawing young people in the bloom of their lives is cool, but you always forget about the old and wise ones. And I think these are the people with the most interesting faces...
The first one is the funny old grandpa and yes the middle one does looke old an wise to me

Yes the second one, i like the bottom one too, but the second one, looks more nice/wise, while the bottom one is more cool/secret kind, and does not show that much emotions

kind and wise - the two don't often go together. Try either upping grandpa's meds or light-boxing some Bill Keane.
