You are correct!

I drew it on the computer using GIMP - I took reference photos of an action figure and traced that roughly, then refined the lines looking at images of the games.
Then I colored it on separate layers!
Does that answer the question?

Yes it does I wish I could do that much on GIMP! Something is wrong with mine and it won't let me use my tablet pen >( The tablet works, the tablet MOUSE works, and the tablet PEN works EVERYWHERE but GIMP! It's driving me to insanity!

Oh, no! I'm sorry about that. You might try quitting and restarting Gimp - sometimes my tablet pen doesn't draw in Gimp, and that fixes the problem.
