Comissioned piece.I was asked by the client to emulate something that resembled the covers of the old comic book: Conan the Barbarian. Some of those covers were done by Boris Vallejo, so I had my work cut out for me. One common theme that the covers had was the typical 'damsel in distress' theme and that fit well with the image I was given.
The client was happy to put it mildly.

As always, your lighting, colors, and detail are amazing. I've been told by more than one artist that lighting is the most difficult part of art, yet you seem to nail it every time.
