Description
If you have any follow up questions from any steps that are hard to understand, let me know and I will add them here for everyone to see.
Typically, I don't do tutorials (and this will be my only one) but I decided to show how this technique was achieved because it is a very technical style that anyone could have figured out on their own. ...and, I only use this technique occasionally.
Thank you for Daily Deviation #5! You'd think after 5 I would no longer be excited or surprised by them. Oh, how wrong I can be!!!

I agree. I can't see how this method would allow to create a multitude of little wisps without taking up 1000000 hours.
It's good as long as the hair is white without any shadows, though.

A little too mechanical for anything I would do, but for a graphic style, quite useful. I've used paths myself on occasion. Good job, I'm sure a lot of people will be glad to see this and experiment.

Wow, now that you've shared this it seems so obvious! Thanks a bunch, this is very useful if you don't have a pressure sensitive tablet.
And I don't.

Very cool. I notice you have two different typos for the word "simulate" in there, though.
