Description
If you have any follow up questions from any steps that are hard to understand, let me know and I will add them here for everyone to see.
Typically, I don't do tutorials (and this will be my only one) but I decided to show how this technique was achieved because it is a very technical style that anyone could have figured out on their own. ...and, I only use this technique occasionally.
Thank you for Daily Deviation #5! You'd think after 5 I would no longer be excited or surprised by them. Oh, how wrong I can be!!!

Hi.. this is wonderful tutorial.. but iΒ΄d like to know if you can help me in a question.
This is for mouse users (my situation). BUT, the pen pressure in my Photoshop CS4 only works with tablet.
I could not make my brushes options appears like your (with fine star and and)
I tryed for days and the brush stroke itΒ΄s rounded all long with same size.
Do you know any way to make the brush stroke looks thiny at star and end like your without a tablet installed?
Thankyou so much!
Max.

This is great! I've had a tablet for a while now, but there was obviously a time where I didn't. I think it's really noble of you to show non-tablet owners how they can still achieve beautiful results with the pen tool! Great work!
