Season 4 would be a good time to introduce such figures as Galen Marek and Rahm Kota because the cells of the rebellion acted separately and now they are likely to be merged. The same history
of the two characters mentioned can be written so that when Kanan and Ezra fought at Atollon Galen and Kota destroyed the factory of imperial destroyers at Raxus Pirme. We already have a logical story to just change the history of Galen and Kota and you can add them to the canon and everyone will be happy.Β

This will not happen. In the game, Starkiller created the Rebel, and in the present canon it is Ezra. So surely the new game will not refer to the previous parts because they are not compatible with the new canon.

Not crossing my fingers, but it would indeed be awesome to bring those characters back into the canon (I mean, they did it with Thrawn, after all), though there might be a confusion between Galen Marek and Erso from Rogue One, so they'd need to at least change his first name.
Plus, it would be great if Sam Witwer got to keep voicing for Rebels, especially if it's the character he got himself known with - full circle and all that.
