You know what? This concept is kick ass. I'm a fan of classic Homam 3, and the next parts were... it lost for me a lot. I'm still enjoying the third. But this idea and how you have done it reminds the best of Heroes 3. Regards!

Badass to the core. The intensity of the heat glowing on his upgraded form adds a lot to his menacing appearance.

Wow, there's a lot to say about this picture, but I'll just point out my favorite bits.
The hoofs(hooves?) made up of rocks.
The red hot horns on the right guy.
The way everything gets more awesome on the right guy.

He has no hands. No wonder he's so pissed.
I like it and will skip the "reminds me of Ifrit" thing because its tough to come up with a good variation on "musclebound devil dude on fire". Sides, it's a classic.

This has such an immediate impact. I love the colouring and the play of light in the scene and on the character. I really like the concept too and those horns are just awesome especially when molten hot.
