I like it a lot! Since you are asking for a critique, I'll give you some feedback from my perspective (though I am NOT an expert).
I like using a vignette in my images, but its use here seems strong in the sky and minimal in the foreground - in my view, this is a little unbalanced. I'd pull back the vignetting a bit in the sky.
I saw that you worked in saturation in PP. If this were my image, I'd desaturate it a bit, almost to the point of a monochromatic image. I think this might add a darkness to its mood.

Overall, though, I think it is a strong image and inspired me to stop, check it out, and give you the time of feedback.
