To make a fenced railing look like a solid wall, that is an incredible amount of locks and people too

Soooooooooooooo many, and people or couples even make a sort of extension just to be able to continue the tradition. People all over the world visit the place just to become a part of the love lock bridge.

Wait for it... One day a commission will be created with the sole purpose of counting each and every padlock. And studies will be done to find out if placing a lock on this bridge kept marriages and couples together as opposed to those who didn't.

And a lone structural engineer loosing sleep each night as he worries that too many locks have placed weight on parts of the bridge not made for that kind of weight.
