Female Rufous HummingbirdSize: 8 cm
They nest in Seattle this time of year, so I see them in my Norwegian Honeysuckle a lot.
If the weather stays mild, this plant will bloom through November, and our wonderful l'il hummers will stick around all year.

Thanks! I got really lucky with this shot. Basically, I set the camera for motion capture, and literally chased the bird through the view-finder while I let the camera snap away.
