This is an assassin concept done for Midway Games in 2007. The objective was to do a take on an Altair-esque assassin in dark grey clothing with a large gun and set in a post apocalyptic city

Actually I can see an assassin using either a silenced pistol with a VERY short range (due to the subsonic rounds needed to be silent) or a silenced sniper rifle. No other weapons really fit the mood of killing without being spotted/found. And if they do use guns in AC3, that it's setup so that it's much like IRL shooting, where you either have to get to near point-blank range without being spotted, or do it from across the whole damn map - and deal with wind, rain, fog/smog, other people, signs, grass, etc, all in your way. Either way, would be damn cool.

AC with guns never gonna happen. Would ruin the game. The closest thing to it though, is Uncharted 3. Everytime I play the multiplayer beta, it's basically Socom 4+Killzone 3+Assassin's Creed=Uncharted 3=Loads of badassnes.

People say Altair and Ezio all around... but this is obviously Desmond or even one of his children.
Cool stuff... It's like a mixture of Assassin's Creed, Shinobi and Cable.

I love how her uses both swords and a gun -- nice mixture of past and present (future?). I really like the use of texture throughout the whole piece, making it look grungy. And the pops of red on his weaponry/clothing is a nice touch. :>
