This is an assassin concept done for Midway Games in 2007. The objective was to do a take on an Altair-esque assassin in dark grey clothing with a large gun and set in a post apocalyptic city

Like other people here point out, it sure has some Assassin's Creed feel over it - I guess it's very much thanks to the hoodie. Nice quality on the art tho

I think it has something to do with what she mentioned in the description: 'In the game, players would be able to customize their characters to be their ultimate idea of a hero, even to look similar to their favorite pre-existing heroes.'
You are still right though, the resemblence is much too uncanny. It's not just the hoodie; it's all of it. A little more deviation would have been better.
