Description
First off, I’d like to say that this tutorial was made in Paint, because I don’t have Photoshop, nor am I advanced in computer things, so this is easiest for me!
Second, I’m just an amateur – there’s probably hundreds of "How to Draw" tutorials on dA that are a million times better than mine! But what my friends ask for, my friends get, so here’s my humble contribution. 
If it actually helps anyone out there improve their artwork, I’ll be surprised!

ahhh, I see! thats how you get those nice proffesional lines, I need to try this, cause I never ink. thanks for the tips on inking and what pens to use to!

yep, I only ink when I do collabs, and even then its just going roound the lines with a biro.
