This was from the first-person-shooter "Super Adventure Rockman" actually (japan only). Basically it's a huge movie where your actions determin what's going to happen, and in between you fight enemies (mets, robot masters, etc).
I just cut this from a scene and looped it so it looks fluent

man this probably would have gone over great in the US. Lousy devs never bringing the good stuff over here. Nicely done though by the way.

I had to watch a guy play through the entire game. While the animation is fun and the battles are fun too, eventually it gets on your nerves and it seems to be getting repetative. I dont think we missed out that much, but still... it IS a megaman game and I probably would have bought it.
