definitely. Pharaoh Man was definitely one of the coolest robot masters around. I always hoped there'd be a secret 2p mode where you could play as him the moment I saw the MM4 box art D:

there's 16 plus the movie of bardock on their main site ... be sure to watch them, the episodes with zarbon and freeza are just... very, VERY funny
