That was sarcasm. I'm sorry. As cool as I think this is, I think this is akin to a photoshop filter. I feel like whatever app you used to make this was a cop out, and it seems like you didn't do anything to correct any problems -- for instance the pixelation on the edges. You could have found a way around that, perhaps.
After looking a a lot of your other work, I think you are capable of doing much better work, and that this is not one of your best pieces... Personally, I think your "Home Tree" piece deserves a DD, but that's just my opinion.
It's not for me to say whether it's art or not because it was made in an app, but I will say that you could have pushed this farther.

I like your sarcasm. You can push anything farther if you know how. There is no real border for this but - do you want to go farther! That's the question. Art is not just perfection. It is also the knowing of and playing with different kinds of techniques. And an app is nothing bad because you just feel so. For me apps are a new fantastic world of creativity! But I understand your view. It's in this case may be not my opinion.
