I find this piece to be incredibly sweet... I absolutely love the mood you've set. Michiru seems to be in deep admiration of the baby, and Haruka embraces Michiru because she knows that it means a lot to her. Haruka's embrace is made up of love, respect, and support. .......Stunning.
By the way, is the baby Hotaru by any chance?

But I was wondering why Michiru is naked there. o_o

I drew it that way to demonstrate her vulnerability with this theme. TheyΒ΄re two woman in love - two lesbians... they canΒ΄t get a baby together... 
But Michiru is very feminine and she desires to make a family with her love... and thats the vulnerability that I want to show.
