I have no idea who first came up with the idea, but I know Appleture from Reimagine: The game by Nutcase Nightmare.

Really, think about it! Simplistic designs, flashy lights, products mostly shiny white and/or black. And don't tell me that you seriously think 'Say Apple' was just a coincidence.
