To address a request from , I created a diagram of which Legion member counters a League member.Which super-villains do you think belong in the empty slots? Are they the best of the best, and Legion of Doom-worthy?

Hi Jay! I'm not entirely sure, but I think I might include Catwoman eventually among my Bad Heads collection. I'm still working out my list. If you'd rather see her much sooner and more certainly, though, I'm available for commissions...

Mera --> Hila/Siren
Black Lightning --> Tobias Whale
Zatanna --> Brother Night
Vixen --> Arthur Light (almost none of Vixen's personal rogues gallery deals with the larger DCU villains).

Siren's a good one for Mera.
Tobias would be just right for BL, but I don't find him to be Legion-worthy for some reason.
Brother Night's a good one for Z. I was considering Tala, Faust, or Wotan.

I've been wrestling with Lady Shiva because, these days, she's more of a hired hand of the League of Assassins and I'd prefer Dinah being matched up with a top dog worthy of the Legion of Doom. So instead, I've been considering matching BC up against her boss!
But OOOH! White Canary's an excellent option also! Thank you!

Very neat! I was wondering because there weren't as many villains for the heroes. I think Solomon Grundy for Black Canary, and Felix Faust for Zatanna.

Thanks! Yeah, I wanted to stay with the unlucky number of 13 for the Legion, but I left out so many I wanted to include, I'll violate my own rule eventually.
Cool picks! I definitely considered Felix for Zatanna, but couldn't decide between him and two or three others. Solomon would be a great Hawkwoman villain. If I end up drawing his head, I'll probably swap him out with Shadow Thief and assign her as Hawkman's nemesis.
