No idea why it took me this long to upload this.The Time Masters are formed when Rip Hunter recruits his father Booster Gold to help save the universe from threats throughout the Time-stream. In return for his services, Booster was allowed to travel back and rescue his best friend Ted, AKA The Blue Beetle. They later recruited telepath Rachel Summers from an alternative future.
