Black Canary will be added very soon plus Firestorm and Atom once we see them in costume. I don't think we'll see Ray as Cyborg until the Justice League movie.

I don't care what the studios are saying - I will view them as being in canon with one another, all of them. Yes, the Gotham show included. I prefer shared universes, and will have it like so as long as I can. Will have to accept if it won't work one day, but still...
