This is the walfasize Epsilon Space Commando from Mental Omega.

The Space Commando from Earthrise in Mental Omega.
No one knows who this is and his identity is a secret cause spoilers.
however he is known to have a ridiculous amount of armour making him almost indestructible. equipped with an atomic cannon similar to that of the Nuwa Cannon but slightly less powerful and an EMP cannon similar to that of the Seitaad Ballista, making him a bane to most ground targets. In addition, he's also invisible unless when attacking and cannot be instantly killed by Terror Drones; against him, they're forced to use their claws, which are much less effective.
