Hanzo lived in Iapon With his younger brother Genji and their father, Genji And Hanzo's Father was a loyal ninja that served the Iapon royal family for generations. Years pass and with the father of the two sons now deceased, the two brothers had to take on the responsibility to serve the royal family, but his brother Genji refused to serve the Iapon empire, when his brother left the room, the leader gave Hanzo order's to kill his brother, at first Hanzo declined the order, then the emperor brought up of bringing shame to his family, this triggered Hanzo, considering the family honor was all he had after their father passed away. That evening, when Genji was out for his night stroll, without seeing him Hanzo jumped off a nearby roof and, his brother hard in the neck with his fangs, and ended him with a swipe of his claws, as he watched his young brother bleeding assuming he was dead, he ran off crying back to his home where he grabbed his father's bow and left Iapon. As he was out of the Iapon kingdom, he evolved into the midnight form of Lycanroc as proof for what he had done to his only family, as the years went by Hanzo has been training himself in the art of the bow, and travel's to new places to try to start a new life, but he hasn't had much luck, that is until he heard about the city of Andalusst and started to make his journey there. As he see's the city in the distance a male Litten accidentally bumps into him, the Litten asked where he was, Hanzo told him that they were nearby the city of Andalusst, the Litten seemed confused on the name, Hanzo sighed assuming the poor kid lost his memories somehow, introduced himself, and asked if he wanted to go with him to Andalusst to see if he can regain any lost memories there, and maybe start a new life, the Litten who introduced himself as Sidney agreed to Hanzo's offer, so they made it into the city, and formed a team within the Explorers guild.

Sidney lived with his mother in a small village that's on the other side of the misty forest that leads to Andalusst. As a kid he was always curious on what the forest looked like, but that he is a full fledged adult he went into the forest to at least try to get to the other side, little did he realize he immediately got lost and fell down a cliff hitting his head on the ground, causing him to lose his memories about his past. As he got out of the forest he see's the city Andalusst, along his way there he met up with a shiny Lycanroc who Sidney asked where he currently is, the Lycanroc told him that they were nearby Andalusst, Sidney looked confused due to his lost memory, the Lycanroc just sighed and assumed that Sidney lost his memories somehow, and by the time the Lycanroc introduced his name, he offered to take him to the city to see if he can help Sidney regain his memories. Sidney nodded and went with his new friend Hanzo to form a team within the Explorers guild, with hopes that he can regain his memory.
