Oh... ahahah I really REALLY love night themed pictures. First I make the flat colors of my character and the background. Then depending on the whole feeling I want to give, I will use different colors to shade. Here I chose some dark blue colors to fit with the sky and the longing tone of the scene. My layers were on multiply VwV
