As said in Part 8 (the description was re-edited), one of the diesels share and announcement with engines and then AEG Thomas busts in singing his them. D261 shuts him up to continue the announcement.
Normally, a villain doesn't tell his plans while not realizing they would be a few seconds close to succeeding if they started early but D261 and D199 do that perfectly. They start prematurely with fuel tanks, they're close to success and tell the engines about their doom. The motivation for all of this is a bit understandable, considering the origin/lore behind what happened with D261, if you've heard of him. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to him, he never knew that Rron already use and blew all of his Sodor Fuel Tanks to destroy them. That sucks. 😜😝🧠
