Description
This guy isn't in the game, but will be in a future game. However, the mighty powers he's showing here are identical to a certain posing bad guy...The title is from the incredible Japanese 80s band, Psy-S, who did all the music for the anime of To-Y (one of my favourite manga). The guitarist went on to make Parappa the Rapper.

Aha, yeah, I saw your entry. very nice bike design! Though it worried me that you'd done so many different pictures from different angles, etc... I only have the one picture! Thanks! This must have been...err... about 40 or 50 maybe? All I know is that it was many repeats of the entire L'arc en Ciel playlist. I took breaks, though...sometimes for days!

It's all because, like GI JOOOOOE, he knows where all the enmies are. And knowing is half the battle. The reason he is so pissed in this picture is because Cobra Commander/Starscream's voice actor is dead.

The detailing on this is frigg'n' insane. Maybe a little too much so, as I have a hard time comprehending what's going on. Much props, though.

Damn, bro. That is some serious detail. Quite impressive. My favorite is how you used a coloring style reminiscent of Hyung Tae-Kim's. A refreshing departure from your classic anime coloring traditions.
I would perhaps have liked a bit more detail in the face, but that would be tampering with your style, and wouldn't be very good.

Yeah, it's my second shading technique, known as K+ Dash Alpha (Or "Stolen from Kim"). The anime cel shading is Golden Delicious 80s EX Mark III.
