Hm this was my first attempt at real photo touch-ups, but I wound up playing with it more than I should have.
The touch-up part went so well that I wanted to make something with it. I decided to try making the model look like he was a metal statue, but I found that it looked better when I added color to it. So this is what I wound up with as the end result. He still looks very metallic to me but it looks as if he was painted with metallic coloring instead.

Actually I don't really know how I did it, it was a mixture of many filters and overlays. I was playing around and that was just the end result.
