Dino's hair looks so awesome in this.. its like... wow first its only 2 colors and then BAM the next one there are pretty realistic strands~~~ preeety~
i noticed that you put the backround color first but when you colored you erased the part you're coloring.. so.. what would be the point of putting the backround color first..? although i suppose it helps set the mood and color scheme..

Before you told us which brush you used to color the face (the 300px), you should probably tell us what the original resolution was. XD

It's helpful, but I think you should explain how you go about doing the hair, like the method with the process.
I'm pretty sure it's pen and you locked the pixels of the hair layer.

Pen? Like..the pen tool? I used a 1 px brush tool thing and just scribbled. xDD Like, yeahh, I got a few people asking me to show them how I did the hair, so afterschool today, I'll go back and add that bit in. >w< Thank youuu though~
